Company USA

This NEW method of application of the company's nanotechnology creates a cross-linked and branched, capped silicone film, and the bond is still a covalent bond (sharing electrons with the glass itself). Like the company’s vapor method, but non-chlorinated, the chain of atoms manipulated during this chemical process is also done at nano-scale levels.

This new end- user (consumer) friendly has been developed to allow licensees’ customers, over time and as they wish, to regularly bring their treated surfaces back to the original ultra hydrophobicity (high contact angle) the patented vapor process creates, as well as a ‘stand alone’ product. The Revitalizer/Protectant is, by itself, superior to most existing spray-type water repellant coatings being offered in the market place today.

The company’s coating, a patented process, works at nanoscale levels, approximately 30 nanometers. The change of the molecular composition of the silica-based surface created by the company's chemistry and bonding nanoparticles, along with the cross-linking, branching, and final ‘capping’, enables the full efficiency of the coating process at an atomic scale.

The company's nanoscience multi-functional characteristics include:

Easy to clean coatings with protection for:

Glass, ceramic(s), natural granite (stone), porcelain, and most silica based surfaces

Water and Oil repellency (hydrophobic and oleophobic)

Protection against graffiti, dirt and stains

Impact resistance

Scratch resistance

Finger print protection

UV stability

Electrical insulation – up to 1,000 times additional protection

Increased protection against calcium and sodium deposits

Increased brilliance to glass- up to 20%

Increased lubricity- glass friction – up to 30%

Applications

Automotive Glass
Marine Glass
Windscreens
Guardrails
Ceramic Tile
Glass Shower Enclosures
Sandblasted or Etched Glass
