Nano-Engineered Metallisation is a simple and reliable process to coat a wide range of substrates with metal. Nano-engineering gives the process properties that offer dramatic improvements over alternative conventional metallisation processes.

Film: process
The basic process has the following features:

- fluid applied as a liquid
- Very simple to apply
- Creates a thin film (<200nm) of zirconia with palladium seeds
- Acts as an anchor between metal and substrate
- Acts as a catalyst for electroless plating, defining what to plate
- Compatible with conventional electroless plating processes
