The company provide high quality deposition components and systems for the thin-film coating community. Our products are designed for all cutting-edge materials research (MBE, Surface Science, PVD, nanocoatings...) and pre-production coating applications, for the deposition of oxide (and other) dielectrics, nanostructured films, semiconductor films, compound semiconductors, device metallisation and ultra-thin films.

We have the expertise to produce titanium dioxide films and we are currently involved in a framework six programme which utilises titania thin films. We are a flexible company and constantly modify and adapt our systems to meet the exact requirements of each individual customer. All films would be manufactured under ultra high vacuum conditions which renders them free from contaminants, we also have onsite clean room facilities.
