The company producessingle-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) of uniform diameter and/or electronic type.

 

To date, the development of SWCNT applications has been hindered by the electrical and optical heterogeneity of commercially available nanotubes. Without access to uniform materials, developers have struggled to create products which capitalize on the many outstanding properties of SWCNTs, such as optical transparency, ballistic conductivity, and immunity from electromigration at high current densities.

 

Produced via a scalable proprietary sorting method, the company's product will finally give developers the materials they need to enable new SWCNT technologies and improve existing ones. Among other things, the product can be used to dramatically enhance the performance of integrated circuits, transparent conductive films, biological sensors, and field-effect transistors.

 

The products are high-quality, high-purity, electrically and/or optically homogenous SWCNTs.

2. Semiconducting SWCNTs, available in a range of diameters, purities, and bandgaps.
