Carbon nanofibers (CNF) and nanotubes (CNT) have excellent electrical conductivity. However, they are very difficult to disperse uniformly in a polymer or resin. Control of dispersion is critical to adoption of materials.  They must be further processed in traditional equipment by customers and formulators.

The company's products are designed to provide optimum conductivity and repeatable performance over a wide range of design space and have been proven to process in traditional composites formulations such as prepregs and molding compounds.

Nanocomposites may be tailored to have conductivities from less than 10-6 S/cm to greater than 200 S/cm.

Design engineers now have the ability to tune electrical properties of composites for a variety of applications.

EMI/RFI shielding
Lightning strike protection
Conductive Adhesives
Electrostatic discharge
Electromagnetic pulse
Dynamic gasket and sealing applications
Electro-optical devices
Photovoltaic cells
