A process for fabricating a porous coatings with controlled structure in the micro- and nanosize domain for storage and diffusion of medical substances, which comprises depositing a monolayer of temporary particles on the support, depositing a coating on the temporary particles, eliminating the temporary particles, and fixing the coating.

The company use ink-jet method to deposit in a controlled way such coatings. The coating has a thickness between 10 nm and 10 mm and its porosity is created in such a way that the pore size distribution is anisotropic.
