  Company USA

The company is manufacturing synthetic fibre extrusion machinery and development of synthetic fibre technology.

·    Nanosized synthetic fibres. So far the company has made high strength (fully oriented) synthetic fibers down to 200 nanometers diameter. These fibres are wound on a standard bobbin and can be handled like regular fibres in weaving and knitting operations. These fibres can be made in almost any melt spinnable polymer;

·    Nanotubing - The company has made continuous tubing down to 300 nanometres outside diameter x 200 nanometres inside diameter;

·    Regular sized fibers with nanosized features - They company has made fibres with embedded features down to 200 nanometres;

·    Chemical time-release fibre patents - The company has issued and pending patents covering fibres with time-release chemicals;

·    Metal core fibres - The company has made fibres with tiny metal cores. This can be used for conducting electricity in fabrics.

The company can offer:

·    Pilot line capable of producing custom nanofibres to customers specifications;

·    Research and development team to find solutions to customer specified problems;

·    Network of world wide large scale manufacturers to take solutions to production.
