We can create 2- and 3-dimensional patterns in polymer layers down to 10nm resolution by using nanoimprint lithography and transfer those structures in the underlying substrate material.
Our product palette comprises: Nanoimprint equipment, electron beam recorders for digital mastering, scanning electron microscopes and imprint stamp manufacturing. We have also long experience in deposition of molecular monolayers, e.g. anti-adhesion layers, on different substrates such as silicon, polymers, quartz or nickel.
