	Company Germany The company is dealing with x-ray optics based on nanometer multilayers produced by high precision deposition techniques. We are able to produce homogenious thin films and multilayers on substrates of up to 8" in diameter or 500mm in length. A close collaboration with our former colleagues from the Fraunhofer IWS allows us to offer a wide variety of deposition techniques like ion beam sputtering, magnetron sputtering and pulsed laser deposition for customized thin film deposition.
