The product
The company is one of the leading high-tech company developing nano coatings. Beside excellent
corrosion protection a lot of additional useful functionalities, like “easy-to-clean” effect,
scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. can be implemented!
Surface features
The dry layers are very thin with values of 3 -10mm following hardening. The materials are
resistant to a large number of chemicals. They can not be etched by organic solvents which
distinguishes them from all other standard paints based on organic polymers. The resulting
coatings are transparent or colour-pigmented with very good adhesive properties on various
surfaces, e.g. Metal (Al, Mg, steel, etc.), Glass, Polymers (textile, etc.), Ceramics.
Application
The liquid coating material can be processed similar to conventional paint materials in
terms of application, i.e. by spraying, dipping, painting, rolling, casting, flow-coating.
