[nanoPost] Deposit metal and metal oxide films onto plastic webs

We run a pilot scale roll to roll sputter coater in a class 1000 cleanroom. We deposit metal and metal oxide films onto plastic webs using a planar magnetron and dual rotatable magnetron.We have silver planar targets and titanium rotatables and planar targets. We are able to do reactive sputtering of Ti to produce TiOx films.
