[nanoRequest] UK based centre seeking an experienced supplier to produce regular, small quantit

A UK based centre is seeking an experienced supplier to produce regular, small quantity (approximately 5 at a time) films.  The films consist of a spin coated calcinated layer of titanium dioxide on a quartz disc with a final layer of photodeposited methanolic silver nitrate.  The films are required for surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy.  This work requires a flexible approach as the production method will undergo regular modification based upon the analytical findings.  Fast turn-around times of within 24 hours of the request for further/modified films are required. 

Production must be undertaken in a clean controlled environment for manufacture due to the intrinsic sensitivity of the films.  Appropriate storage and transport conditions must also be applied.  A supplier with substantial experience in this area and who understands the complexity of the subject area is sought.  There is no opportunity for intellectual property rights or publication of this work.
