The company's product development efforts are based on advanced materials engineering, nanotechnology and microfabrication. Many of these efforts use a unique technology platform, which affords multiscale engineering and device integration of advanced materials. This platform involves the synergy of two core capabilities, templated nanofabrication and micromachining, both based on nanostructured anodic aluminum oxide.
