The product range covers three major areas:


Micro/nano mould inserts

The company manufactures micro and nano structured mould inserts for plastic injection moulding, embossing or the UV-curing process. The mould inserts are made to customer requirements.

Mould inserts can be supplied with the following specifications: Structure geometry and dimensions as per customer request.

 

- Small formats: up to 8 inches round, up to 6 x 6 inches square
- Large formats: up to DIN A2, or 20 x 24 inches, or 508 x 609.6 mm
- Substrate thickness: 0 - 500 µm, typically: 300 µm, on request up to the mm range
- Material: nickel, hard nickel, nickel alloys


Micro/nano metal foils

The company produces micro and nano structured metal foils for screen printing technology, fluid technology and other applications. Examples are micro stencils, micro sieves, vaporizer membranes and micro jet nozzles.

The micro or nano structured metal foils can be supplied to the following specifications: Structure geometry and dimensions as per customer request.

- Small formats: up to 8 inches round, up to 6 x 6 inches square
- Large formats: up to DIN A2, or 20 x 24 inches, or 508 x 609.6 mm

Metal microparts

The company manufactures metal microparts for micro actuators and micro-reactors. Examples are micro gears for micro motors and the watch industry.

 

The microparts can be supplied to the following specifications: Structure geometry and dimensions as per customer request.

 

- Carrier formats: up to 8 inches round, up to 6 x 6 inches square
- Thickness of the microparts: 100 - 1500 µm
- Material: nickel, hard nickel, nickel alloys
