Company Japan

Monotran film is polymer films which have been developed by the company’s original technology controlling the formation of nano-scale porous structures. The thickness of films for our present sales items is 20 to 60μm.

The distance between each nano-porous structure which is regularly and linearly formed is 20 to 30μm, and the width is 4 to 10μm. In this nano-scale porous structure, fibrils are formed in parallel along the direction of the width and between the fibrils, 5 to 20nm diameter numerous holes called boids exist.

Because of this special structure, Monotoran film has following functions, 1. Viewing angle management function 2. Fine bubbles generational function 3. Gas permeation function 4. Gas liquid separation function. By applying these functions, very unique products have been developed. For this opportunity, please visit and experience the world of Monotoran films.
