Graphene, a one-atom thick layer of graphite is the ultimate nanoelectronics component. First studied in 2004, it has outstanding electrical and mechanical properties, such as carbon nanotubes, with the added advantage of a pure and cheap starting material (graphite). Graphene solutions and dispersions are now actively researched in order to be able to process graphene into composites and deposits. Some references present the solubilisation of graphene essentially by functionalization of graphite (Chakraborty et al) or reduction of graphite oxide (Niyogi, S. et al) Theses methods present the drawback of providing functionalized graphene sheets

We have developed a simple and cheap production method of graphene sheets  by reduction of graphite  Such graphene solution would allow deposition of graphene sheet on substrate to produce graphene films or composite by impregnation of those films, production of nano sensor or nanoelectronics . Benefits of our process is to avoid surfactant, ultra sound (CNT damages) and surface functionnalization. Solutions are available.
