[nanoPost] Surface modification of starch and cellulose nanoparticles

 Until now, I have only worked with maize starch but there is no reason that Tapioca starch would not work. I obtain monocrystalline nanoparticles by a controlled acid hydrolysis of the starch granules. These nanoparticles are then modified at the surface.
