Our company develops, refines and produces natural and synthetic clays and tailor made nanoadditives to enhance the performance of plastics and bioplastics in various industrial applications. Our expertise has mainly been gained within, and working together with, large multinational petrochemical, packaging and mineral industries over the years. We provide flexible and cost effective additives to boost the performance of your conventional or most valuably engineered materials, and provide specific partnership where needed to develop new routes for the formulation of functional, greener and healthy material products.

Current Products and Services:

- Proprietary (patent pending) nanoadditives:

- tailor made additives, which cost- effectively comply with current food contact regulations and others, and display the ability to uniquely enhance thermal, mechanical, barrier and fire resistance properties of commodity petroleum based plastics (PE, PP, PET, EVOH, PA, EVOH, PK, ..) and of biopolymers (PCL, PLA, PHB, proteins and polysaccharides). While most commercial clay based additives exhibit a layer-to-layer distance of d001= 24.6Å, some of our highly swollen organomodified additives provide values that almost double this. This means a superb boost for the capacity of our additives to disperse in your plastic grades.

- masterbatches. - are a new range of Active and Bioactive Nanoaditives with unique properties and enhanced functionality in active packaging and pharmaceutical applications.

- Highly biocompatible nanoreinforcing additives for resorbable and permanent plastic implants in biomedical applications.

- Refined natural, synthetic and organomodified layered and tubular clays based on Montmorillonite, Kaolinite and others for all industrial applications of plastics.
