[nanoPost] Mesoporous Silica Materials

The company is pioneer of producing emulsifying agents. The company's innovative technologies are currently being used to manufacture various ingredients for processed foods. Among the manifest applications of our technologies some are listed for the following products.

1. Mesoporous Silica Materials: Mass production technology of mesoporous silica with controllable pore size diameter between 1.5- 4.0 nm (nanometer) and array of regular pore structures was developed applying the know how of the interfacial controls in emulsifying agents as a template. The useful applications of mesoporous silicas would be detailed in the seminar.

2. Chirabazol series are resin modification agents developed using Taiyo's food modification technologies. Basically, Chirabazol are bio-based agents containing 100 % bio ingredients. We produce different grades of Chirabazol for diverse uses, such as to disperse fillers and pigments in resins and paints including the modification of Polylacticacid (PLA).
